iMCBridge Support
Getting started
Install iMCBridge on your iPhone from the App Store and download the computer app from the official download page. Mac uses an Apple-notarized app; Windows uses an Authenticode-signed installer. Keep the computer app running, complete the first pairing on the same Wi-Fi, then select the computer from the iPhone app and tap Connect.
Before leaving your computer
Confirm the Mac or Windows PC is signed in, connected to the internet, and iMCBridge shows Ready. Pre-boot FileVault or BitLocker authentication and a computer that is powered off cannot be reached remotely.
Connection help
- If the screen does not appear, disconnect once and reconnect.
- On Mac, confirm iMCBridge remains allowed in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Screen & System Audio Recording and Accessibility.
- On Windows, confirm Windows Defender Firewall allows iMCBridge on Private networks for first pairing.
- For mobile connections, allow cellular data for iMCBridge on the iPhone.

For support, include your iPhone version, computer operating system and version, and a description of what happened. Never send passwords, pairing tokens, or other credentials.
